Beljajev Law Group, PC is dedicated to the local community. This commitment is more than a monthly donation. It is a conscious decision to invest in the local community, the youth who seek direction, the student who needs experience and the young professional who desires a network.
Neyleen has actively mentored high school, college and law students. She has served as the Chairperson for the American Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division’s Women in the Profession Committee, its largest committee, raising awareness of issues surrounding young female attorneys, creating a support system and providing gender specific programs for its members. As the Public Service Chairperson for the Long Beach Bar Association, Barristers Committee, she organizes events and fundraisers to promote a cleaner environment and to support children and families in need. As a member of the Scholarship Committee for the Long Beach Bar Association, she assists in interviewing and awarding scholarships to the brightest and most promising college bound students within the city. As President of the Long Beach Bar Association, she created a mentorship program where experienced attorneys are paired with new attorneys for career development advice and to help transition from law school’s theoretical focus to the real world practical implementation. She is an Honorary Board Member with the Los Angeles Trial Attorneys’ Charity where efforts are made to make a positive difference in the quality of life for people within the greater Los Angeles area.
